Work-integrated Learning personnel training mode is the lifeline of the higher vocational colleges.Along with the rapid development of higher vocational education,and the society's understanding of the system gradually deepen,a lot of higher vocational colleges made great efforts to produce a lot of success.However,at this stage,our higher vocational colleges come across a lot of problems in the specific operations of Work-integrated Learning personnel training mode. Theoretical researches are not deep enough on the gap between the Work-integrated Learning personnel training mode with the actual results, and also the research of the specific operations.There is not only lack of the in-depth and detailed analysis of one factor,but also lack of the theory and practice research.The real demand not only calls on rational analysis and research,but also provides agood platform to the author.This paper attempts to explore the practice,then to come up with China's higher vocational colleges training specific mode,and gives research and reflection to the related problems.This paper is divided into four parts,the first part introduces the reasons,the purposes and the meanings of the research of Work-integrated Learning personnel training mode.The second part introduces basic content of Work-integrated Learning personnel training mode and its development track.This paper considers that Work-integrated Learning personnel training mode is career-oriented,full use of different educational environment and resources in schools and outsides,combination of the classroom-based education in schools and actual experience of working outsides.The third part compares and analyzes the different mode of Work-integrated Learning personnel training.The combination advantage of the order-training mode,"2+1" training mode and the "first choice for graduates",is best suited to our country of development of higher vocational colleges at present.The fourth part finds practical problems in the operation of Work-integrated Learning personnel training,including the macroeconomic issues and the specific problems.Part V of this paper researches the improving and recommendations of Work-integrated Learning personnel training mode, including strengthening ties of higher vocational colleges and enterprises, improving the policy,increasing the specialized agencies and the cooperate chain,increasing teacher training,completing the "credit system" of education in transition,formating school-enterprise cooperation sustainability.
