Studies On The Impact Of Study Relationship Upon The Promotion Of Career Title For Teachers In University

With the continuous development of society, education becoming a normal thing to the public, "study relationship" what means the relationship between students and students, teachers and students become more and more important. It's one of the basic social relationships such as blood relationship and geography relationship. Study relationship including student-student relationship and teacher-student relationship.There have not system studies on "study relationship" recently. The author of this article want to learn this problem about the characteristics of its formation, the nature, the features, also the impact on Chinese society especially universities in China. Study relationship is based on blood relationship as early as a way of linking. In the process, teacher-student relationship link up as the relationship between father and son, student-student relationship link up as the relationship between brothers, which makes study relationship shows the characteristics of blood. With the opening up of education and popularization, study relationship gradually become one of the basic social relationships, shows the characteristics of sequence, differences and two-sides. And plays a positive role to promote interpersonal, information exchange and expanding one's social relationship net at the same time.University is the basic unit of society, the impact on Chinese community of study relationship also adapt for Chinese universities. However, the Chinese universities are the system of units and have academic research as theirs main career, study relationship become the major social relationship among the universities. So the impact on Chinese universities of study relationship is different form its impact on Chinese society. It's just likes a double-edged sword in the development of universities. On the one hand, it plays a positive role to promote teachers get social status; on the other hand, it plays a negative role to block the development of academic, culture, thought and system for universities.In this paper, the author uses regression analysis to study the relationship between "study relationship" and the promotion of teacher's career title. Regression results give proof of the author's view on "study relationship is in favor of the promotion of teacher's career title". It provides a theoretical and practical basis for colleges and universities to change the status quo of "Inbreeding", so as to promote more open and innovation development for colleges and universities.
