Study On The Development Issues Of The Rural Vocational Education Of Hunan

The economic development of the rural area is vital for modernization construction and implementing the "moderate prosperity" program in an all-round way . The farmers'degree of being educated concerns closely with the rural area's economic development. Vocational education in rural areas ,as the continue of basic education and one part of the rural labors'lifelong education , is the significant platform on which the rural labors'migration can be accelerated .Based on the reality of Hunan's rural vocational education ,the thesis has studied the development issues of the rural vocational education of Hunan . The author has analyzed all the elements bringing effects on the need of the rural vocational education concluded the main development experience of the overseas and domestic rural vocational education and pointed out the main problems and inadequacies existing in the rural vocational education of Hunan . Based on the need of talents resulting from the industrial restructuring ,market economy and new-countryside construction , proposed to establish a multi-channel funding raising mechanism so as to increase the input, bring about smooth integration between regular and vocation educations in rural areas , further the education reform so as to improve the school-running level and strengthen law enforcement and assessment . The essay is based on the principles of pedagogy economics , Research methods like investigation , comparison , the experience summarization and case study ,etc. have been employed .
