Human society has entered the information age, and economic globalization is a development of an irresistible trend. The globalization of education calls for a bilingual education or even more language teaching. Fuzhou Fuzhuzhongxue Institute of Education is sponsoring a multi-year accumulation of history and culture of Fujian Province three standard high school,and our school's philosophy is to train school science literacy and humanistic quality of both "holistic". In 2002 ,we opened a high-Research Chemical study of bilingual courses, courses on bilingual education value of the Fujian Education International and the development of the theory of bilingual education do a useful experiment. On one hand, chemical bilingual education students can promote the development of a comprehensive initiative to help students master their mother tongue to lay the foundation of the growth of a culture of the International Covenant on Civil. On the other hand,it can also enhance the building as teachers and participants in the awareness and promote the professional development of teachers, and at the same time promote the building of the school-based curriculum, a school and local school characteristics.
