Mathematics teaching is faced with a serious crisis in the secondary vocationary schools.Because of the students' low level in mathematics learning and individualities and differences,the negative factor in study do exist widely.Each mathematics teacher must solve an important problem:how to arouse the students' interests and how to improve the teaching efficiency.The author has made some investigations about the learning psychological problems in four secongdary vocational schoolsin Fuzhou.It was discovered the problems that influences the learning psychology of students are popular:such as not realizing the value of learning mathematics,not mastering the proper learning methods.To most of the students,the mathematics is too difficult,too boring and so they lose their interests in it.In this paper,it has analyzed the cause of these problems,on-the basis of the analysis,it has pointed out that "founding a good psychological enviroment to model a good teaching strategies" namely, according to the "secondary vacational scool" students' learning psychology basing on the psychology rules,studying advanced educational theories and modern educational teachniques,adjusting the teching ways,using the multi-media application,setting up a scientific and effetive estimating system which can arouse the students learning motive and interests and improve the learning efficiency at last.
