Study On Quality Assurance Of The Adult Higher Education With Academic Qualification In China

The quality of talent training is the lifeline and an eternal theme of higher education. With the development of higher education and the use for reference of the quality guarantee system of such countries as the USA and the UK , China has gradually established a system suitable to her national conditions. China's Adult Higher Education with Academic Qualification(AHEAQ) is an important component of higher education and its quality guarantee deserves an equally great concern.This paper started with the description of the status quo of China's AHEAQ, carded the basic concepts concerning AHEAQ, compared the researches on quality guarantee of higher education in western countries and those in China and analyzed the existing problems in China's AHEAQ system. With an analysis of the external and internal factors affecting quality guarantee of China's AHEAQ , this paper offered a systematic elaboration of the detailed quality guarantee measures and explored a system adapted to China's national conditions.
