Research On Adult Higher Education Quality Assurance In A University

At present, the Adult Higher Education development is facing severe challenges with the advent of the popularization of higher education. The graduates who are trained according to the traditional Adult Higher Education mode in an increasingly competitive talent market were snubbed, the transformation of Adult Higher Education in a university become very urgent. Currently, the researches mainly focus on the Adult Higher Education quality and attempt to explore new ways of Adult Higher Education development as much as possible. This paper aim at absorbing the latest theoretical results of higher education quality assurance with combining with the specific practice investigation and case analysis, finding the Adult Higher Education quality assurance mode selection of the starting point and basic train, and then proving the urgency, necessity and feasibility of the establishment of Adult Higher Education quality assurance system to improve the quality of Adult Higher Education support theory in order to seek Adult Higher Education quality assurance reasonable path in a university.The main contents of this paper are following:Firstly, analyzing the difficulties and challenges of adult higher education under the background of popularization of Higher Education. Secondly, explaining the necessity of Adult Higher Education quality assurance system in a university and analyzing the current Adult Higher Education mode in the cultivation of talents and social demand gap in order to explore the effects of Adult Higher Education in a university. Thirdly, having a questionnaire to search the Adult Higher Education quality nowadays and finding the existing problems of the Adult Higher Education quality assurance. Finally, constructing the Adult Higher Education quality assurance system under the influence of the relevant theoretical research.This thesis is based on the relevant theoretical research, combining with the work practice of the author, exploring new countermeasures after selecting the Higher Adult Education institutions. It mainly aimed at providing reference for the Adult Higher Education in China tending to sustained and healthy development in the future.
