Study On Quality Guaranteeing Of Multi-Media In Institutions Of Higher Education

In 1993, Computer Assisted Instruction cooperation organization on higher education engineering course and science was established by Department of higher education of ministry of education. Multimedia teaching have more advantage than traditional teaching model. It is necessary current of reformation and development of higher education that adopt the multimedia teaching means to improve the teaching quality, and promote enterprise of higher education development.With the broad application of CAI in institution of higher education, it have occurred important change and revolution in the aspect of concept, mode, content and measurement as well as method. But there exist some problems affecting the quality of multimedia teaching, it is mainly represent that 1) some teachers have certain improper understanding with the multimedia teaching; 2) the quality of multimedia courseware made from the teacher is commonly lower. 3) absent the macroscopical management and quality control for the multimedia teacher in the academy.4)there has blindness about the arrangement and accomplish of multimedia teaching, influence and impair the effective of multimedia teaching , decrease the quality of multimedia teaching.Quality guarantee of multimedia teaching of higher education is a systems engineering, proper understanding and teaching ability, demand of subject and course building, quality control and management for multimedia teaching for the multimedia adoption will affect the teaching quality of multimedia teaching in the higher education.This article analysis the basic factors affecting multimedia teaching quality and existing problems in the process of multimedia teaching quality management, bring out the demands of quality evaluation and courseware assessment as well as evaluating index of teaching effect, set up index of multimedia teaching and request of evaluating system.
