The demand for the knowledgeable people with high qualities andcreativity in the economic field, and the popular modern concepts aboutcontinuous development, all-life education and learning has arousedpeople's eagerness for higher education. As a result, adult highereducation under the background of educational popularity has become greatlyimportant and the schools have been bigger and bigger since 1990s.However, the incorrect understanding of adult higher education in thetraditional guiding thoughts about it for school and the three currenttheories (The Theory of Occupation, The Theory of Informality and the Theoryof Increasing Income) have severely affected the position of adult highereducation, which leads to the fact that the teaching quality of it couldnot be effectively guaranteed because much attention has not been paid tothe teaching of it and great effort to improve it has not been made.For these problems, the purpose of the study, by analyzing the presentconditions of the internal assurance of teaching quality of adult highereducation, is to do some research into its relevant theories to constructthe mode of the internal guarantee of teaching quality of adult highereducation.For the purpose, this paper, at an angle of the internal managementof adult higher education, is studying some problems of its guarantee inteaching quality. In the ways of studying document, history, contrast andthe means of talking, the author discusses the topic of "teaching qualityguarantee for adult higher education" in three sections. The first section analyzes the teaching problems occurring in adult higher education. Thesecond one illustrates some basic principles and theories that this studydepends on, and the values of adult higher education are introduced by theretheories. In the third one, in the view of the policy self-making andself-adjusting, this paper shows us how to construct the strategies of theinternal guarantee of teaching quality of adult higher education.
