A management style ,called"The Whole National System"with typical characteristics of the planned economy, promotes the reserved talents of sports in our country to form"three-level training network"style, which nurturing a large number of talented athletes for our country, and enabling a massive sports activities achieved the world advanced level in a short time. However, with processes of transformation of society, economy, as well as the traditional planned economy to the socialist market economic system, limitations of such the nurturing management style have exposed. As comprehensive deepening of marketing economy,"The Whole National System"of sports under the planned economy is ought to be reformed imperatively.The success of Olympic Game in 2008 in Beijing, has achieved an unprecedented powerful scale of"The Whole National System". According to different periodical developments and requirements, our country has taken specific measures and strategies focusing on different aspects, which founding glory of athletes'sports in China. Although there are some defects of the system under the planned economy, huge promotion effects of sports career cannot be neglected. Therefore, gradual improvements and maturity should be taken to form a new sports management style with the market economy as a subject, as well as some complimentary methods. By doing so, we could centralize and dispose resources effectively, including labor, material and financial resources, unite Olympic strategic goals and handle sports relationships between training and contest.In this article, sports athletes nurturing model is analyzed through combinations of reference literature, professional interviews, as well as logic analysis. Problems existing in nurturing model as our country entering into the market economy have been expressed. Based on these problems, further visualizations have been put forward during the new system. These changes from different aspects during this transformation will promote sports and education, and train more comprehensively developed talents.Fourthly, after the Olympic Games time China will train the athlete even more to pay great attention humanist, while guaranteed that the athlete will receive the culture and education, will pay even more great attention athlete's safeguard work.
