The "National Training Plan" Demonstration Project Of Junior Middle School Physical Education Backbone Teacher Training Research On The Construction Of Effectiveness Evaluation System

With the reform of quality education,people pay more and more attention to the improvement of education quality,"the culture plan" is the implementation of the national long-term education reform and development plan(2010-2020)of a major project,the training resources cost,influence,teachers as the foundation of education and source,is the key to improve the quality of education and balanced level of education.Through the literature review,found that there are still some problems in teacher training,and the lack of special research of teacher training effectiveness evaluation system,and CIPP model applied to various training evaluation,widely used,this study based on this background,using the CIPP model for national training plan demonstration project junior high school sports backbone teacher training effectiveness evaluation system construction,using the investigation method,empirical research on the evaluation system.The study results show that the following:(1)This study using the literature method,hierarchical analysis,questionnaire,delphi method,mathematical statistics,case analysis,CIPP model as the theoretical framework for training effectiveness evaluation system,design expert questionnaire,two rounds of investigation,finally build the project background(0.1053),(0.0632),project planning and resources(0.1766)and(0.1766),training objectives(0.0786),training requirements(0.6586),training theme(0.2628),etc There are 13 second-level indicators and students ’learning willingness(0.2009),students’ training expectations(0.6375),and students’ learning needs(0.0632).(2)Taking the "S" University National Training Program as an example,To demonstrate the project training effectiveness evaluation index system constructed in this paper,The overall score of the training effectiveness of the "S" University National Training Program Demonstration project is 4.24,Overall,the the training results are good,Students have updated their teaching methods and methods,Enriched the theoretical knowledge of middle school physical education teaching,And the national and folk sports ability can be improved,Classroom management ability is improved,Think that this training program can be used,However,there are also problems such as selection mechanism,evaluation system,practice guarantee,evaluation and supervision and other aspects,It is proposed that the supervision of the selection of trainees and classified training;Optimize the construction of training teachers;Adopt diversified training and assessment tools;Strengthening the connection management before and after the training,In order to jointly promote the development of the "national training program sports discipline" training cause,Improve the training effectiveness.It can also find that the evaluation index system constructed in this study is operable and practical.Compared with the traditional evaluation mechanism,the evaluation system is more comprehensive and specific.(3)After empirical research on the construction of the evaluation system,it is suggested that the evaluation indicators of training effectiveness should be deepened,the sample size should be increased,diversified research methods should be adopted for system construction,and the gap between the number of components at all levels as far as possible to make the indicators more reasonable.
