Human beings further recognize the significance of science education in influence of Financial Crisis. Strengthen basic science education is not only the essential method by which the country develop in science and education, but also the important period when the individuality forms the good attainment of science. Therefore, the science education in both the kindergarten and the junior grade of primary school is at the beginning stage, which action is specially important. However, the science education from kindergarten to primary school is respective, which are lack of connection and communication each other, for the reason that there is the special system in China. It makes the science education come apart. In new century, the Guidance of Kindergarten Education and a series of the Curriculum Standard of Primary School are published in succession in our country, both of which emphasize that the educational organizations should closely cooperate with the families and the communities, in order to tighten up the transition of science education from kindergarten to primary school.What is the situation in the science education from kindergarten to primary school in TianJin urban area at present? Which is the preconditions and advantages on the transition of the science education from kindergarten to primary school under the background of reform of basic education? Which is the problems? How to build the system that connects the science education from kindergarten to primary school? The above questions worth considering and exploring.This essay synthesizes approaches of document, questionnaire, observation, investigation, etc. It adopts quantities research, and carries out a questionnaire on education belief, education objective, introduction content, implementation and education management between kindergarten and primary school teachers. On the basic of this, interviewing the teachers and the parents, it analyzes the present situation of the transition of the science education from kindergarten to primary school n TianJin urban area, and explores present advantages and the problems of the transition, then puts forward some suggestion for the reform. During this research, some problems confront the transition of the science education:1 There is some deviation from teachers' understanding of transition on the science education.2 It does not help children's all—around development because of too much focus on the science education objective.3 Teachers place too much reliance on textbook and introduction content requires further improvement.4 The means of implementing the course is backward and resources cannot be fully used.5 Education management lacks variety that is not good for the introduction development.Some suggestion is put forward for the transition on science education in kindergartens and primary schools.1 Establish correct outlooks on education, and transform the ideal of the transition on science education.2 Education content ought to be integrated which is authentic to children's reality.3 Integrate the resources of the education; promote the interaction and relationship in all aspects.4 Strengthen the management of the introduction; pay attention to the integrations the both education organizations.
