A Study On The Actuality And Measures Of Management Of Higher Educational Resources

The university education resources is the basis of colleges and universities for survival and development,our present situation of the education resources is shortage and low efficiency of management.Among our higher education,does the education resources management achieve the goal of efficient allocation and effective usage? Based on a provincial universities,this paper discusses the management efficiency of education resources.Based on the study of domestic and foreign papers about some concept?research development and content of education resource management efficiency in universities,we chose human resources,material resources,financial resources and information resources as the research target.Our study starting from allocation efficiency and usage efficiency to introduce the present situation of resources management.Based on this study,we come to the conclusion: the efficiency of education resource management needs to be improve.This paper analyzes the factors that influence the efficiency of education resource management and gives some suggestions.
