Recently,the binary pattern is becoming more and more solid and visible between city and rural in China. The learning ability of rural audience need strengthen day by day. The lifelong learning has become the important idea in people's life. The thought of learning society is increasing. Obviously, our country has 800 million rural audiences. Building learning society lies in building learning rural, building learning rural lies in the construction of learning resource. Learning resource is the core concept of education technology. It refers that all the resources which can provide learning opportunities for learners, including media, institutions, people and etc. It emphasizes the learner as center, pays attention to help, leads and promotes the learners in learning process. Adult learning resource is the foundation of learning activity and the carrier of initiate knowledge to the adult. The content and the form of learning resource are directly affecting the adult learning. Therefore, construction the learning resources which satisfied adult learning needs, accorded with adult learning characteristic, adapted to the need of production and life, effectively solved the practical problems are becoming emergent in new rural construction.This study combined with learning resource and rural adult education. Based on the relevant research of the domestic and overseas, we investigate present learning resource situation of rural adult in Changchun city's five counties which are Nong'an, Dehui, Jiutai, Shuangyang and Yushu region. The research uses depth interview among adult teachers, leadership, farmers and questionnaire survey method, analysis the current situation of the learning resources construction of adult in Changchun rural area. The paper finds the existing problems and analyzes the reasons; furthermore, constructs adult learning resource system in Changchun rural areas. The system is focusing on the learning needs of rural adult, analyzes the learning content and learning characteristics of rural adult, determines the learning objectives, formulates learning strategies, and evaluates learning resource. In addition, we put forward several supporting strategy on learning resource construction.The whole thesis is divided into five parts:Part one: Introduction. It introduces the research purpose, value, relevant concepts and theoretical basis.Part two: The questionnaires show the current situation of adult learning resources construction in Changchun rural area. We summarize existing problems on the learning resources construction, including the illegible of the idea, absence of primary role, deficiency of quantity, content deviating from the farmers' living, simple of the construction process and lacking of interaction. Meanwhile, we analyze the reasons of problems.Part three: Construct adult learning resource system in Changchun rural. The system mainly includes six aspects: first, analysis the learning needs; second, analysis the learning content; third, analysis the learners' characteristics; fourth, determines the learning objectives; fifth, formulates learning strategies; sixth, evaluates learning resource.Part four: Put forward several supporting strategy on learning resource construction. It needs government, agriculture school, social organizations, media organizations and farmers five aspects to strive, in order to provide the references for feasibility of construction learning resources.Part five: Summarize the results and disadvantage of this research.
