The actualization of eliminate illiteracy has great importance to promoting education fair and harmonious social development.Also,it is an important stratagem which affect the national economy and the people's livelihood a lot.As the front-line workers of antiilliteracy education. literacy teacher is a crucial factor during the antiilliteracy education development.But presently,the training of literacy teacher is still following the traditional and inefficient way,which neglects the particularity and self-development of literacy teacher,thus.the training model desiderates a change.
