The actualization of eliminate illiteracy has great importance to promoting education fair and harmonious social development.Also,it is an important stratagem which affect the national economy and the people's livelihood a lot.As the front-line workers of antiilliteracy education. literacy teacher is a crucial factor during the antiilliteracy education development.But presently,the training of literacy teacher is still following the traditional and inefficient way,which neglects the particularity and self-development of literacy teacher,thus.the training model desiderates a change. Participatory training,which emphasizes the value of individual experience and the exertion of personality potential,works up in the deficiency of traditional training,compared with the traditional training,participatory training has visible advantages,and it will become a tendency of future teacher training.participatory training of literacy teacher is an essential requirement for antiilliteracy education.This research basically follows the idea of"discover-analysis-resolve",we start with the particularity of literacy teacher training,construct the frame according to the summary of existing results.Then we use questionnaire and interview to ivestigate the actuality of literacy teacher training in China,in order to find the problems which accur during the training management and implement,and its deep-seated origin.Finally,we bring forward the basical concept,connotation, implementation and protection measures of participatory literacy teacher training.The whole article is divided into six parts,which are as follows:Partâ… :Introduction.Briefly introducts the purpose,meaning,ideas and methods of the research,and also summarize the related articles.Partâ…¡:The status of literacy teacher training and problem analysis.We use questionnaire and interview to ivestigate the actuality of literacy teacher training and find a lot of problem in it,snch as poor ognization and management,ivory-towered training mode.lack of innovation,unscientific evaluation,no significant training effect,and also,the quality of trainers and the teachers' sense of participation need to he improved.The root causes of all the problem above are the marginal status of adult education and loss of"participation"in traditional teacher training.Partâ…¢:Disscusing the particularity of literacy teacher training.We expatiate the particularity of literacy teacher training from the nature of the work,associated with the status of literacy teacher training,bring forward the essentiality of the revolution of literacy teacher training models.Partâ…£:Connotation and idea of participatory literacy teacher training.In this part,we firstly explain the connotation,then bring forward the basical idea of participatory literacy teacher training, that is,using the status of literacy teacher training as the footing,the characteristics of literacy teachers as the starting point,to promote literacy teachers to participate as an objective,to provide a theoretical guidance for the implementation of training activities.Partâ…¤:Methods and progresses of participatory literacy teacher training.We explain progresses of the demand-driven participatory literacy teacher training starting from analysis of training needs, inclunding four segments which are training needs analysis,training program design,training implementation and evaluation of activities.The methods of implementation are conmbined with processes,and also embody in the process.Partâ…¥:Protection measures of participatory literacy teacher training.In this paragraph,we expatiate the protection measures of participatory literacy teacher training from several aspects such as concept,policy,funding,training system,management system,and theoretical research.
