Recently Primary School Teachers' Participatory Training has been generalized in our country and gets some achievement. But in fact, there also has some issue. Academe research on this case not enough, So we need more consummate disquisition. So this text to work over the problem through Fu shun Primary School Teachers Participatory Training exist problem. We through questionnaire and interview to study the reason of Primary School Teachers Participatory Training exist problem. And to expound the way to solve.There are four parts in the disquisition.Part one is foreword. Mainly discourse upon question, objective, significance, status and emphases, difficulty, innovation, way of solve the problem .Part two tell us Liaoning Fu shun Primary School Teachers Participatory Training status and exist problem: there are subject of take part in training, will of take part in training, consciousness of take part in training etc. Although current training have take out some result, but we should improve teacher's consciousness of take part in the training. Training course is not very reasonable, training content too theorization to understand. Training teacher disqualification. Result of the training is not good etc.Part three tell us our country Primary School Teachers Participatory Training principle. Training content should be fit for Primary School Teachers. They can attend training equally, and share in experience. Using primary school teachers experience to design new understanding. To integrate experience and theory. To consummate training process for primary teachers' development. develop created training.Part four tell us idiographic way to improve on Primary School Teachers Participatory Training. To consummate correlative rule of law. To build training framework. To strengthen improve training teacher ability. To increase training fund. To consummate training content and mode.
