Participatory training is a training mode that uses participatory approaches to engage and participate in training,to exchange ideas and collide with trainers and trainers,and to construct new knowledge and experience of the individual through the activity.Compared with the traditional seminar training,participatory training aims to cultivate the abilities and skills of trainees rather than merely passing on knowledge.In the concept,it is participator-centered,action-based and relying on the existing experience of participants,and the training is promoted through the communication and interaction between trainers and participants.At present,the Ministry of Education advocates the use of multiple training methods in the training of kindergarten teachers in primary and secondary schools,including case studies,inquiry,participation,etc.The activity-based characteristics of participatory training and the ideas it advocates coincide with the characteristics of kindergarten teachers.Through the questionnaire survey and interview methods,this study relies on the national training of demonstration preschool teachers of the Ministry of Education of 2018 in a normal university,from the training,training motivation and demand satisfaction,attitude towards participatory training,training gains,trainers type preference,the problems existing in the training six aspects to investigate the current situation of participatory training of preschool teachers;find out the problems existing in the implementation process of teacher participatory training;and on this basis,put forward practical and feasible countermeasures to promote the implementation and implementation of participatory training for preschool teachers.The findings are as follows: 1.The concept of host institutions has changed,and the training objective has changed from “cognition” to “ability”.There is a participatory training plan,but there is a deviation between the implementation and the plan.2.Participatory method is used in the training,but the degree of “participation” remains in the form,and it is difficult to “participate” deeply;3.Participants are generally highly motivated to participate in the training,and are willing to participate in the training activities.However,teachers of different groups have significant differences in their attitudes towards participation.In response to research findings,the study proposes the following recommendations: to use network communication to strengthen contact,and to promote the communication among organizers,students and trainers;to learn the participatory training experience and explore the participatory training mode for local preschool teachers;participants should make clear about their main status and use their existing experience to drive participatory training.
