Study On EQ Cultivation Countermeasures Of College Students

As national trained high-level talents,college students load bearing society and family's higher expectation.The social responsibilities they undertake require that they must be full scale development on thought,knowledge and ability.EQ determines knowledge grasping and ability training of a person within a larger extent, the development prospect and the ability of continue studying.The influence on a person's success is more than that of intelligence quotient.This has become everybody's mutual recognition.The current situation of college students' EQ not only Influence their full scale development of study,life and the physical and moral integrity,but also affect their social success and the development,and it will affect the entire nationality's quality and the prosperity and decline of a country.Therefore, strengthening the EQ cultivation is very important for college student to adapt society and mature smoothly.However,EQ cultivation does not arouse sufficient attention.Many college students don't realize the importance and necessity of it truly from thought. "Personnel training,scientific research,social service" is the three big functions of university,personnel training is the most important one.How to train the college students to mature through scientific school idea and effective measures is very important,strengthening the EQ cultivation is the key links of develop high-quality talents.Strengthening the EQ cultivation needs colleges pay more attention,change education idea,and strengthen training measures,take the EQ cultivation into formal education in schools;and also needs the college students to improve attention on their own EQ development level.This article has three parts,the first part based on universal connotation of EQ, investigated and analyzed the time characteristics and the vital significance of EQ cultivation of college students,investigated and summarized the current situation of college students' EQ;the second part analyzed the problems and influencing factors; the last part deeply pondered upon and systematically studied the approaches and strategies on training atmosphere,correlative systems,team construction,innovation of vectors,hope it will provide references for universities to strengthen the EQ cultivation and enhances university student's comprehensive ability.
