Emotional Quotient is the sum of a series of emotional ability,which one is confronted with the environmental needing and surpress.Modern society requests increasingly high standard for the EQ,so more and more people begin to pay attention to EQ.There are so many scolars begin to research EQ,and introduce their rearch findings to the educational field,however there is still a gap in EQ of rural middle school.Luotian Sanlifan Middle School is a rural full-time regular senior secondary school,all boarding school.In 2014,because of all kinds of problems caused by EQ retardation, Luotian Sanlifan Middle School began to focus on the EQ education,which is rarely seen in a rural middle school.So this school became the research sample of this study.EQ not only concerns the life trend of every,but also concerns the family,society and the station profit and development.This study can fill in gaps in the EQ education of rural regular senior secondary school from the theoretical level,and supply reference to other researchers.From the practical level,this study can direct educators to carry on EQ education preferably and make middle school students have a more happy life.This study maked an investigation,research and analysis to the EQ educationl practices,using the theory of pedagogy,psychology and communication and adopting the questionnaire survey,focus group and case interview.The results are as followings:The students in rural regular senior secondary school have the EQ problems of weak emotional management ability,the shortage of self-motivation and international management ability.These problems are caused mainly by the deficiency of the home education and the disharmony of the relationship between teachers and students and the shock from mobile internet.Luotian Sanlifan Middle School also realized that the students have the above EQ problems,they have been trying to promot their EQ through the shift of concept of education,the change of evaluation system,subject osmosis,social practice,group cooperation and rich campus culture.After nearly two years efforts,they achieved progress.EQ educaion not only promote the development of students’ IQ,but also promote the rates of League members and army,their violation and dropout rates decreased year by year.On the other hand,this school’s EQ education also have problems and are faced with formidable chanllenge.Concretely speaking,the EQ educaion is neither enough nor systematic,some teachers’ comprehensive quality is not high,the coordination between school and family is so insufficent and economic support is very poor.Meanwhile,in the face of the shock caused by mobile internet,the school has anything been done to prepare for it obviously.I propoesed effective strategies as followings:Promote the teachers’ overall quality,build cooperation mechanism of family and school,use mobile internet to innovate the way of EQ education,supply more faniacial support to teachers so that to arouse thier enthusiam.This study’s possible innovation points are as follows:Firstly,use the qualititive research such as case interview and focus group,which can restore the concrete situation,reveal the teachers’ and students’ value appeal of rural regular secondary middle school,analyze the reason of the students’ EQ problems deeply,making up for deficiencies of questionnaire investigation.Secondly,about the effect of mobile internet for the rural middle school students,scholors have fresh attention.Because of the huge gap between urban and rural areas,the whole soceity and academic field still pay their attention to the uraban students,they hardly imagine that the rural students have been more impacted by mobile internet.This study presented the formidable chanllge and difficult position brought by mobile internet and proposed feasible countermeasures.
