Current Status Investigation For Interdisciplinary Sports Postgraduate Cultivation In Beijing Area

With the continuous development of the social economy, higher education and physical education are developing rapidly at present in our country. Requirement of higher physical education talents is growing in society, and the enroll students scale of physical education postgraduate is also rapidly extending. So cross-disciplinary students whose initial major is non-physical education are increasing to a certain scale. Compared with the physical education student, they not only have some advantages, but also have some disadvantages. This paper aims to improve their cultivating quality and put forward some suggestions combined with their peculiarity by investigating and analyzing their cultivation current.This paper adopts literature data, investigation, mathematical statistics, and versus analytical methods to investigate and analyze fifty three cross-disciplinary physical education postgraduates in the Beijing Sport University, Beijing Normal University, Capital Institute Of Physical Education. Its conclusions are as follows:(1) The initial majors of the cross-disciplinary physical education postgraduates are diversification.(2) The irrational specialty setting in physical education subject influences the cultivation development of the cross-disciplinary physical education postgraduates to a certain extent.(3) Course setting can't satisfy the cross-disciplinary physical education postgraduates to effectively conform themselves different subject knowledge at present.(4) Single tutorial system is not good for cultivating the cross-disciplinary physical education postgraduates.(5) Most of the cross-disciplinary physical education postgraduates can't full play to their advantage combined with their cross-disciplinary knowledge background.Further, based on the objectively current cultivation analyzing and discussing, this paper brings forward some suggestions from major setting, course setting, cultivation scheme, tutorial selecting and engaging, and cultivating mode to aim to improve cultivating quality for the cross-disciplinary physical education postgraduates, bring up more complex type talents with innovation spirit needed by society.
