Higher Education Development In Hebei Province Research From The Economic Perspective

Be a developed coastal province,is Hebei's target of economic development.And that demands higher education of Hebei Province get a higher level.In recent years,progress has been made in Hebei Province's higher education.The education has played an important role at cultivating high-quality personnel,promoting scientific and technological progress and socio-economic development.However,scale,quality and structure of Hebei Province's higher education,still have many outstanding questions,due to the level of economic development,funds investing and many other adverse conditions.This paper studies the scale,quality and structure of higher education in Hebei Province from an economic perspective.And it makes recommendations and countermeasures for the existing problem.For example,to controll the developing scale of higher education.At the same time,should increase investment in higher education to ensure the health operation of the existing scale;set up an outstanding team of university teachers so that teachers have the fit quantity and quality to meet the development needs of colleges and universities;improve conditions for running schools,cure the non-standard target;improve the level of scientific research.The higher education's structure should optimize according to the demand of talent in economic development,and cultivate talent which are suitable for economic development.to optimize the higher education's structure according to the demand of talent in economic development,and cultivate talent which are suitable for economic development.
