Research On Higher Education Structure In Hebei Province Under The Background Of Industrial Structure Transformation

There is an interactive relationship between higher education structure and industrial structure,and the coordination between them affects the economic and social function of higher education.It is the inevitable way to promote the efficient and sustainable development with promoting the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure in the crucial period of Hebei Province's 13 th five-year plan.The higher education structure should be adjusted under the background of upgrading of industrial structure,so that higher education can cultivate different types and levels of professional talents for industrial development,which is the primary task of the higher education development and educational structure reform in Hebei Province.Based on the data of higher education structure and industrial structure in Hebei Province from 2007 to 2017,the structure of higher education under the background of industrial structure transformation was studied.Firstly,the evolution process,trend and performance characteristics of the industrial structure and higher education structure were studied.Secondly,the relationship between higher education structure and industrial structure was studied based on grey correlation analysis method.Thirdly,the coordination of higher education structure and industrial structure was empirically studied by building a coupling coordination model with the aid of system coupling theory.Finally,some suggestions were put forward to promote the adjustment of higher education structure.The results show that the change of the higher education structure will have an important impact on the industrial structure.The adjustment of subject structure and level structure of higher education has the greatest influence on the tertiary industry in Hebei Province,followed by the secondary industry and the primary industry.At present,Hebei Province's higher education structure has the following three problems: the subject structure of higher education is not balanced;the level of higher education is low;the coupling relationship between higher education structure and industrial structure is in a bottleneck period,and the level of coordinated development needs to be further improved.The suggestions are as follows: expanding the scale of humanities and social sciences,promoting the development of interdisciplinary integration and adjusting the scale of all disciplines;strengthening the construction of high-level undergraduate education,expanding the scale of postgraduate education,and optimizing the level structure of higher education;deepening the integration of industry and education,deepening the integration of universities and cities,building a sustainable education structure adjustment mechanism,and promoting the sustainable and coordinated development of higher education and industrial structure.Figure 13;Table 27;Reference 68...
