This thesis makes an overall reflection and the soluble consideration on the aesthetic problem in the context of contemporary consumer society.Aesthetic education in the context of contemporary consumer society is faced with the increasingly serious problems,which have become unavoidable important questions in the humanities field,concerned with how to revive the aesthetic education,to find a solution to human's soul,spiritual crisis in the reality of the spread of consumerism, alienation of human nature,loss of spiritual faith,to create a home to the human spirit. This paper bases on the in-depth analysis of contemporary problems on the aesthetic education,systematically study the prolific history resources of the aesthetic education,study the history of resources,explore the effective way and constructive ideas to the revitalization of aesthetic education.I'm looking forward to dedicate this thesis to making modest theoretical contributions on the study of contemporary consumer educationIn addition to the full text of "Introduction" and "Conclusion",the whole paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter probes deeply into the plight faced by aesthetic education.The aesthetic variation in the contemporary aesthetic cultural environment brings about lots of bother to the aesthetic education.At the same time,the aesthetic education itself in the context of contemporary consumer society has also suffered a decline,all these problems are unavoidablereality.The second chapter systematically reviewed important theoretical achievements about Chinese and western aesthetic education from the ancient to the modern,and thus further contemplate on the theoretical resources of aesthetic education and to get access to lots of useful enlightenment:aesthetic education must move forward, and vary with the socio-cultural context,in order to win over more opportunities for development in the context of consumer society,to give full play to its modern function,to adjust the theoretical model and to open theory for renovation.The third chapter recommends on how to explore the way-out of contemporary aesthetic education,and to revitalize aesthetic education,so as to come up with the following specific methods:setting up the goal of a harmonious all-round development to make human nature return on a higher level,correcting the abnormal interest to cultivate aesthetic interest,offering rational tolerance to the ugly,absurd form of art on the premise of adhering to truth,kindness and beauty,seeking the constructive road of artistic life through self- aesthetic education,insisting on 'integrating the education with the recreation' in the aesthetic education,keeping a certain distance with the market while maintaining a friendly relation.On the whole, the goal is to form a clear aesthetic education,which is required to the strong focus, rich content,a complete result,easy way,and the smooth flow.Conclusion reiterates the core of the whole thesis,and further emphasize both the keystone and avoiding the omnipotence of aesthetic education in the process of revitalizing the aesthetic education.
