The generative teaching is an important teaching concept appeared in the process of curriculum reform,and it requires people to use generative thinking and constructivism theory to treat teaching and the teaching process.It is thought that the teaching is dynamic,not static;teaching is open,not closed;teaching is creative,not rigid.That is to say,the generative teaching is opposite to the existing traditional teaching ideas,because the traditional teaching is a rigid thought,with teaching target for purpose.It is thought that teaching is a kind of mechanical process where teachers, students,teaching and learning completely isolate and it ignores the problems which happen in the teaching process.The generative teaching pays much attention to the things which are ignored by traditional teaching,and it takes into account the teaching process,emphasizes the students' performance and pays attention to the incidents in the process.It urges people think deeply the problems existing in the current teaching,also for us to reflect upon the current teaching reform and provide ideas and direction.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part explores the generative teaching theory.For the first,generative teaching extracts the meaning of the generation.Then the paper defines the generative teaching,locates the features and analyzes the relationship between "default" and "generation" in the teaching process of the generative teaching,and finally puts forward the theoretical basis of the generative teaching.The second part analyzes the realistic difficulties of the generative teaching, including the contradictions of teaching objectives between "default" and "development",the contradictions of teaching content between "immobilized" and "creativity",the contradictions of teaching process between the "programmed" and "dynamic" and the contradictions of teaching evaluation between " results" and "process".And on this basis it makes a simple analysis of the reasons orderly which hinder generative teaching in realize.Mainly because the teaching goal orientation bias, teaching content confined in the textbook,not knowing the teaching process enough and teaching evaluation value misplacement,etc.The third part puts forward generative teaching strategies.The six strategies are proposed from the perspective of teachers,for teachers' teaching ability and consciousness,and needs some specific requirements.Although generative teaching advocates students' subject status,but in the classroom,teachers occupy an important position.So generative teaching only in teachers' organizations and guidance can be realized,therefore,this part is written from the angle of teachers.The fourth part is based on my understanding of the generative teaching,and I choose median and mode of mathematical content of junior high school as attempt and make my own interpretation of generative teaching.The paper is from the theory research,according to data analysis of the generative teaching analyzes the realistic difficulties.Based on the reasons proposes the implementing strategies of generative teaching,and then demonstrates how to use it in practice.This explains "from practice,return to practice",hoping to provide some help for teachers to understand and apply the generative teaching better.
