After the implementation of "closing and merging school" policy, the number of countryside schools has decreased sharply. Obviously these left schools have found themselves in dilemma, suffering from marginalization, discrimination and ignorance. There is still shortage of teaching staff, teaching facility and teaching fund in these urban schools. Especially, the "one teacher one school" is confronted with a serious situation, although it has played an imperative part in the compulsory education. In order to thrive the overall education, there is a widespread belief that the policy of closing and merging school should be stopped.To that end, some efficient measures should be taken to boom the development of the "one teacher one school", with the people-oriented method. In this essay, the status quo of "one teacher one school" will be analyzed and I will make every endeavor to pave a way to get them out of the dilemma. In this essay,1 will explore this research using questionnaire, in-depth interviewand field-work. And, F county in Yunnan province is the sample of the questionnaire. To sum up, it is believed that the main reasons for the dilemma can fall into these points: the shortage of teachers, fund and ignorance and unawareness of the significance of countryside schools and some inefficient arrangement and etc. On the whole, "one teacher one school" is an indispensable part of the basiceducation at present time. Admittedly, the booming of "one teacher one school" still has a long way to go, and more attention should be paid to it. Only through the joint efforts can children have a promising future. Here are the construction of the essay.Chapter 1:Introduction. In this chapter, there is an introduction of the researchbackground, the status quo, the meaning and the methods. Chapter 2:Literature Review. We can learn some historical theory of the research,including the meaning, types and characteristics. Chapter 3:Status quo. Some data have collected to analyze this phenomenonusing questionnaire, interview and etc.Chapter 4:Causes. After research,we could sum up some main reasons.Chapter 5:suggestions and measures. In this chapter,some effective suggestion and measures can contribute to get these countryside schools out of the dilemma.
