21 century is an knowledge-economy age.the subject position, life value, need and development of mid-life intellectuals haven't got the well-deserved attention and consideration with the promotion of mid-life intellectuals' subject sense. Reflected in the adult education, adult's education is changing into objective education without respecting life. Specific performance in life-being neglected, life emotion lacked, adult's development task and education demand neglected. This undoubtedly still constraints the present adult-education's developing healthily. The paper is stimulating midlife intellectuals' vitality, sufficing midlife intellectuals' education demand, promoting life develop vigorously and comprehensively based on midlife intellectuals' difficulties.The paper draws forth intellectuals'midlife-crisis from the phenomenon of intellectuals' "to die young" has being given more and more attention by all circles in society. In order to help the most of mid-life intellectuals be able to successfully change from the "crisis" to "opportunity" the study from different points which involving philosophy, sociology, psychology and andulgy etc analyze the reasons of resulting in intellectuals' midlife-crisis, and provide feasible Countermeasures for social and adult-education organization. The strategies can guide them to ponder their own value anew and take new root on the hands aboult healthy, life, work, accomplishments, and so on.The paper utilizes questionnaire survey procedure, research technique, case method and other relative research techniques, according to the logic thought of bringing up question, analyzing question, solving question, fully analyze the internal and external reasons of current intellectuals'midlife crisis and bring up relevant practicable strategies which to reconcile the intellectuals'midlife crisis. The result shows that the phenomenon of intellectuals' midlife-crisis is universal.We not only couldn't ignore the existed question but also need explore the reason and find strategy, to suit the remedy to the case.The third part demonstrates the producing reasons of contemporary intellectual's midlife-crisis from multi-angle discussion, which integrating the result of writer's survey.The fourth part brings up how to correctly recognize and deal with midlife-crisis, how to correctly guide and ameliorate the situation of midlife-crisis relying on the force of social, adult-education institution and mid-aged intellectuals themselves' might, in order to achieve the objective that making most midlife intellectuals can successfully cross the crisis and guide them to ponder their own value anew and take new root on the hands aboult healthy, life, work, accomplishments, and so on.
