The Coming Of Aging And Its Influence

Aging phenomenon is a population development trend in current society. The changing of age composition is influencing all the aspects of social lives abroad. All the countries in the world are more and more focusing on this serious topic. China, as the biggest developing country in the world, is facing the aging phenomenon at the background of low level of productivity and economy, which will cause big changes on economy and social development. In this thesis the current situation and future of the aged has been analyzed mainly, some characters were discussed as followed: high growing speed of this phenomenon, un-equilibrium distribution in the whole country, exceeding economic development. The influence on employment, consumption, the composition of industry, social Insurance and so on had been discussed also.
