Stereotype has risen on a wide range of concerns from the first today when it was been defined.Today,more and more people begin to focus on the cognitive structure of implicit stereotype,and it's more and more important role in decision making and its influence on behavior.This research conducts the psychology experiment form the respect of implicit social cognition to investigate the existence and intervention of occupational stereotype.The whole research consist three parts:The first experiment used 7 points questionnaire to test the existence of the explicit attitude of occupational stereotype,and the different occupational stereotype from male and female.The result is under below:1.The explicit occupational stereotype is existence;2.Subject's occupational stereotype shows some different from gender respects.The purpose of the second study is to disuse the existence of the implicit occupational stereotype and the relation between explicit and implicit occupational stereotype.The result shows that:1.The implicit occupational stereotype is abjectly existent;2.Subject's implicit stereotype shows no relations with their growing place as well as their gender.3.Subject's explicit occupational stereotype is not coincided with their implicit occupational attitude. The last study is discussing the changeability of people's occupational stereotype.42 subjects were intervened by Evaluative Conditioning(EC).The result is:1.The implicit occupational attitude can be changed by EC;2.It is ineffective to weak the negative stereotype by EC,while much easier to weak the positive stereotype by EC.
