On the bases of backgrounds and current situation of vocational skill identification in China and British, this paper makes a comparison of national vocational skill identification between China and British in the following aspects: policy & regulation and administration systems, technical standard and support systems, organization & implementation and practical operation systems, quality assurance and certificate Issuing systems, in doing so I adopt the methods of literature consultation, comparative method logic analysis and expert interview.Through comparative study, it was found that China's national vocational skill identification system still has several deficiencies, remain to be perfected. For example: The laws and regulations system is insufficient consummation, the related supporting policies regulation is still not standard; The practicality and feasibility of the vocational skill standard are not strong; Skill training and the identification content and market demand tightness are insufficient, lack the personalized service content; Assessor staff personnel post division is not concrete, the responsibility division is not to be explicit; The identification evaluation method is monotonous, is unable to examine the trying operating process in dynamic response ability; Skill identification quality safeguard system's control dynamics is inadequate and so on.In view of the above problem, proposed that following suggested correspondingly: Establishes the perfect laws and regulations system, carries out the employment admittance system gradually; Formulations the physical education industry of national professional standards scientifically, enlarges the standards of research and development power; Pays equal attention to the theoretical knowledge study and practice skill training, establishes the occupational education and training-oriented goals; Create a new evaluation team, enhances the identification staff's work quality; Combines with the practical work post demand, adopts many kinds of methods the multiple appraisal methods to carry on the identification; Control identification quality management link Strictly, to improve physical education industry of national vocational skill identification supervisory control system and so on.
