With the in-depth study of Teachers' Professional Development and the decentralization of Curriculum Management under the background of New Curriculum Reform. The idea of"for school, in school, school-based"Was widely accepted. Compared to teachers'training in training institutions and colleges, School-based Training has extensive adaptability and economic benefits. it has became useful complement to Teacher professional development model. After A correct understanding of the value of School-based Training, it was explored actively in theory and practice. To promote understanding and implementation of School-based Training in depth and in breadth, The situation of School-based Training was investigated on the basis of Literature research. Investigation shows that the promotion of School-based Training was increasing. School-based Training was widespread concerned and attention. Implementation and research on School-based Training is active. At the same time, it shows that the problem, including deviation of understanding, inadequate investment on participation and time about teachers, inadequate consideration for subject particularity in content, the lack of subject of teachers in the way and insufficient use of resources. In light of problems and on the basis of Andragogy , theory of knowledge management and corporate training theory, this research proposed implementation strategies, including setting unique goals, selecting appropriate content, using diverse ways, conducting a comprehensive evaluation, conducting an effective incentive, strengthening the measures of protection for the development of school-based training to provide some suggestions.
