As the main body in the teaching process,the quality of teachers directly affects the quality of education.Because of the limited teaching conditions in rural schools,the lack of teaching and research atmosphere in schools and the closure of community economy and culture,etc.As a result,the development of rural teachers' professional quality and the improvement of their professional ability have been seriously hindered.Our country has always neglected the training of rural teachers,and the present situation of rural education has not been optimistic.The state is gradually increasing the attention paid to the training of rural teachers,and Heze has also begun to take measures to support the training of rural primary school teachers,which has played a good role in promoting the professional development of rural primary school teachers.However,it is regrettable that Due to the lack of in-depth investigation on the training needs of rural primary school teachers in Heze City,the training opportunities for rural primary school teachers in Heze City are limited,and the training contents are limited.The training form and training time are inconsistent with the training needs of primary school teachers,which leads to the poor training efifect of rural primary school teachers and the slow development of education in rural areas.Therefore,the author investigated the training needs of rural primary school teachers in Heze by means of questionnaires and interviews.The results show that the satisfaction of rural primary school teachers in Heze is not high at present.At the same time,Aware that rural teachers have diverse training motivations and that,in the process of training,rural primary school teachers are most willing to be trained by experienced front-line teachers,and to conduct more advanced education and teaching methods,I am keen to take the form of class evaluation training,the form of teaching assessment is most welcome.Finally,based on the analysis of the training needs of rural primary schools in Heze city,the author puts forward the following improvement strategies:first,based on training Training needs,clear training direction.These include:research training needs,on-demand training;enhance the practicability of training content;use a variety of training forms;second,through the establishment of incentives to build training institutions,Third,to construct stable,high-quality and professional training teachers;to actively develop the training staff to make the training teachers "rural" two aspects;fourth,teachers' training should be carried out on the basis of network;fifth,improve the information feedback mechanism and other policy suggestions to improve the status of rural teacher training in Heze.
