School-based teacher training is an important form of learning of teachers’ Continuing Education. Practice has proved that the school-based training is in accordance with Chinese actual situation of teachers in primary and secondary schools for training.Especially for rural teachers, School-based training is the main form of Continuing Education. With the advancement of quality education, rejuvenating the country through science and education and other slogans, proposed the new task of the development of education. At present, the overall quality of rural teachers needs to be improved, therefore, actively develop school-based training, to strengthen the research on school-based training, is the important way of development in rural primary and secondary schools.In this study, we made G County G Central Primary School as a case, by using the methods of literature study, questionnaire, interview, a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the current situation of school-based training, G County G Central Primary School teachers, existing problems, tries to in-depth study from the school-based training mode, content, effect, evaluation, in order to improve the theoretical basis for the G County the school-based teacher training.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part:analyze the meaning and the basic idea of school-based teacher training, school-based training and relationship to clarify the relevant concepts.The second and the three part:through the combined method of literature, questionnaire and interview, the status of school-based training of primary school teachers in G County, analysis, summed up the existing problems, and its attribution analysis.The fourth part:in view of the existing problems, put forward relevant strategy.
