Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Vocational Ethnics Of Construction Vocational Institution Students

Vocational higher education institutions have become a booming part of Chinese higher education. It is the higher education, and it's the vocational education too. Graduates from higher vocational institutions are an important source of new labor. Their practitioners largely affected the professional and ethical standards of the overall staffs and clerks. The objective existence risk of their professional ethics directly impacts on the stability of the entire society and civilization. So, they should not only possess stronger basic ability to engage in real work of professional field, but also have good professional ethics, professional dedication.The construction industry is related to country's progress and people's life, it involves dozens of upstream and downstream industries, and related to quality of life of millions of households. The frequently exposed jerry-built projects,the poor housing unfit for habitation,the jerry-built construction and the swindling and abducting behaviors are closely related to system level,legal level and market aspect. At the same time, the lack of awareness of credit and unscrupulous thinking in the competition are also the important reasons. If a person's soul is dirty, moral is low, awareness is poor, how can we hope that their products pass it? Therefore, to the construction vocational institution, the requirement that foster the students with social responsibility, professional conscience and excellent project designer awareness has become a top priority.The writer of paper take Shandong urban construction vocational institution as an example, conducting a questionnaire and interview on the issue of professional ethic to 260 students from 7 different departments—Construction Engineering Technology,Water Supply and Drainage Engineering Technology,Building Decoration Engineering Technology,Project Cost,Municipal Engineering Technology, Engineering Supervision,Landscape Engineering Technology. On the basis of these statistics, this paper deeply analyzes the students'professional ethics status quo of construction vocational institution, and finds out some general problems being students'professional ethic field, and systematically expound the countermeasure on strengthening the professional ethic of construction vocational institution students , with a view to inspiring the improvement and practice of higher vocational institution students'professional ethics.
