At present,the reform in various aspects is deepening. The higher vocational teachers have profoundly changed in the social environment, and a profound impact has happened on higher vocational teachers’ life ideal, career belief. To promote higher vocational teachers’ professional moral level is the necessary requirement for the development of higher vocational education and the important embodiment of social advance, ideological progress and cultural prosperity. It must be done to strengthen professional ethics of higher vocational teachers, and find a reasonable, effective, workable theories and methods.In this paper, the investigation is based in Harbin higher college research higher vocational teachers’ professional morality situation and countermeasures. Through the compilation of relevant literature, it discusses the research status and trend of teachers’ professional ethics construction in vocational areas, explains the basic theory of vocational teachers’ professional ethics, summarizes the content and features of vocational teachers’ professional ethics, summed up high vocational teachers’ professional ethics, summarize the importance of professional ethics of teachers in higher vocational. Through questionnaires, pointed out the teachers’ professional ethics construction vocational problems and expand the analysis from four aspects of professional responsibility, professional ethics, career honor, professional discipline.To enhance the level of vocational teachers’ professional ethics construction, we put forward the scientific, rational, effective and viable response strategies. The main measures include: an objective understanding of higher vocational teachers ’professional ethics; enhancing consciousness higher vocational teachers’ professional ethics; inspiring vocational teachers’ professional ethics; innovating higher teachers’ professional ethics construction.
