In order to deal with all kinds of new problems and conflicts brought by developing social economy,China is having a series of great refforms now.To keep pace with the new situation,we must reform our Chinese Teaching system.Only on a basis of finding the truth by investigation and research,can we have a positive aim and work decisively and confidently to avoid blindness. Under the guidance of Psychology conduct motivation theroy and Chinese Course and Teaching theory,the investigation for Chinese Teaching in Primary and High schools in Yutai county has got the informations about Chinese Teaching there.By comparing different thoughts and conducts to Chinese Teaching among the teachers,students and parents,the article has set a real and good sample for esperts to study the questions in Primary and middle school's Chinese Teaching. Moreover it has provided valuable materials with pertinence for the teachers.In the meantime,I hope to have made much progress in my speciality.In the research process, the author read out a large number of educational theory books and Chinese investigations, had been through repeatedly revises several times, completed the questionnaire establishment. The questionnaire is divided into two parts of the ideas and the behaviour. The idea part including the value and the cognition, the same proposition, trying to compared the difference between teachers ,students and parents in Chinese teaching idea . The behavior part assigns a topic respectively , with a view to knows the difference in teaching or learning behavior in the actual life. According to the relationship between the finite population number and the sample stoichiometric, the investigation use the lamination random sampling method, covering all urban schools and 27 rural schools.Through the investigation, the article proposed that resolving the Chinese teaching problem,we need to accurately understand, grasp, coordinate, balance the relationship between the ideal and reality. Speaking for teachers, put forward three proposals: looking for a accurate basic point to integrate with the ideal and reality; optimizing the class to create the knowledge and the emotion; developping the profession to draw the Chinese teaching beautiful poem.Relative to the similar studies, this article's innovation lies in the teachers, students, parents placed in a shared life in the background to carry on together the comparison. Because more than ten year experience has been deeply infiltrated into author's thinking and ideas , a lot of emotion may be reflected in the papers, in the certain extent reduced the paper objectivity.The biggest regret is that I failed to grasp the questionnaire design and the data statistics technology, it causes the massive information which the investigation obtains not to be able to use effectively. The author will consummate the above-mentioned problem unceasingly in the next practice and research;and looking forward to the relevant research will be able to avoid.
