The Influence Of The Informal Groups On Moral Education Of Secondary Vocational Students And The Educational Strategies

The informal groups exist in the secondary vocational school objectively, which greatly influence the development of moral education and the whole education and management of the school. Particularly, with the expansion of high education and the decline of quality of vocational students, the amounts of informal groups in vocational school are increasing rapidly, but the negative informal group is the majority. However, we are overfocusing the education of individuals and formal groups all the way and emphasizing the role of formal groups, but neglecting and suppressing the existence of informal groups. Sometimes, we teat the informal groups as some phenomena of disorganizations and indiscipline. The one-sidedness in education results in indelibility of informal groups. Some negative groups in secondary vocational school have become a serious problem for the educators. Therefore, it has great practical meaning to study the informal groups extensively and systematically in secondary vocational school.This thesis mainly employs the questionnaire and interview to investigate the students and the head teachers. Meanwhile, combining the literature review and observation, the writer investigated the informal groups in some secondary vocational schools of Weifang City.This thesis firstly introduces the researching actuality of informal groups in secondary vocational school briefly; secondly, combining the studies of some educationalists, psychologists and socialists, defines the informal groups of secondary vocational school; thirdly, with the help of the results of questionnaire and interview to the informal groups, realizes the rules of informal groups and finds some new questions; finally, aiming at the questions in the informal groups, gives some strategies in education: to change the educational concept and make people oriented, educators should correct the attitude to the informal groups; to strengthen the education of world outlook and outlook on life, educators hold the rule of the informal groups and enhance the attraction of the formal groups; the educators not only are strict with the students, but also give their help and communicate with them in time; educators should make good legal propaganda psychological education. Certainly, it is unnecessary to lead the informal groups of secondary vocational school well, but to need the help from society and the coordination of parents.
