Student management occupies a very important position in school management. It is an important guarantee for the orderly development of education and teaching in secondary vocational schools and affects the overall development of students. In recent years, due to various factors, the quality of students in secondary vocational schools has declined year by year, and the basic quality of students is uneven. How to manage students well has become a difficult point in school education.Research has found that there are many types of informal groups in secondary vocational schools, and the negative informal groups as opposed to positive informal groups often hinder the management of managers and affect the creation of class learning goals and cultural atmosphere. Therefore,it is very important to carry out research on students' negative informal group management.Negative informal groups refer to groups that have a certain degree of resistance to class and school management, and have a negative impact on the class or other students. Most of them are composed of "problematic" students, mainly manifested as indifference to learning, poor personal habits, and initiative Lack, conflict with the development direction of the class or school, unwilling to abide by school management rules. This research focuses on the negative informal groups in secondary vocational schools, using interviews and participatory observations to explore the reasons for their existence, and summarizes practical experience to propose effective strategies for the management and conversion of this group. The research content mainly includes the following aspects: First, the theoretical analysis of the management of informal groups of students.Clarify the concept and related types of negative informal groups.Explain the psychological theories related to negative informal group management(including interpersonal relationship theory, group dynamics theory and emotional ABC theory)as the theoretical basis for later research.Interpersonal relationship theory pays attention to students' interpersonal communication motivation and development level needs;group dynamics theory explains the dynamic mechanism and behavioral rules of group existence;emotional ABC theory provides ideas for strategy, and changes group misbehavior by changing cognition.Second, the survey of negative informal groups in X Vocational School. The research uses participatory observation, interview research and other methods to present the current negative informal groups in vocational schools, and to dig out typical psychological confusion in the group as the later practice samples(the "soft" resistance and emotions at the cognitive level under the two-dimensional classification."Hard" resistance at the control level).Third, analysis of the problems and causes in negative informal groups. The research uses field theory as a guide to explore the living space around students, such as physical and mental characteristics, family education, school education and social environment, and analyze the causes of negative groups.Fourth, negative informal group transformation strategies.Combining the research process to summarize the transformation strategies of negative informal groups in secondary vocational schools, starting from focusing on individual psychological needs, four levels of transformation:individual cognition, family education, school education and social support, with a view to achieving mutual cooperation The goal of "Four in One" helps students grow and transform negative informal groups.
