Informal groups of students of secondary vocational schools is an objective reality, the forces that can not be ignored, its school class atmosphere, the formation of school spirit, the quality of education and teaching, the students’attitude, habits, values of life to develop and has a very important impact on the formation of personality. How to correctly understand and effectively guide students in vocational informal groups is a very real problem.According to the theory of management psychology, education, management, organizational behavior, using a cluster sampling method, Sichuan Fisheries School class of150students in the school as the research object, the use of literature, investigation, statistical analysis characteristics of informal groups of students in vocational schools empirical research, a more in-depth analysis of the causes and management status of vocational informal groups formed, on this basis, and put forward a set of practical education Management measures.
