Research On Negative Informal Group Management Of Male Classes In Secondary Vocational Schools

In secondary vocational schools,pure male class is a phenomenon caused by the characteristics of education and the direction of career development under the mode of secondary vocational education.In class management,there is a very common phenomenon,that is,the existence of informal groups of students.Not all students' informal groups will have a negative impact,and the existence of negative informal groups,to a certain extent,has affected the classroom teaching and the management of class teachers and schools,and also has a significant impact on students' physical and mental health.However,the proportion of negative informal groups is higher in the class of pure boys in secondary vocational schools.Although the number of these informal groups is not very large and the structure is loose,they are "congenial" and have a great deal of energy in the class.This has brought considerable challenges to the class management of class teachers.Therefore,it is necessary to further investigate and understand the informal groups of the students in the pure male class in secondary vocational schools,to make specific analysis and to guide them reasonably.From the perspective of class management,this study mainly adopts the methods of social survey,teacher-student questionnaires,teacher interviews and case analysis to study the automobile major in Ruian Tangxia Vocational Secondary School in Wenzhou.In this paper,by means of student questionnaires and social surveys,we have a preliminary understanding of the universality of students' informal groups and have a classified view.Through teacher interviews and questionnaire analysis,we can further understand the characteristics,causes and impacts of pure boys' negative informal groups.At the same time,At the same time,combining case study and analysis,we can understand the common management methods in the passive informal group of pure male students.On this basis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the effective management of the passiveinformal group of students in the class of pure boys in secondary vocational schools.
