Study On The Management Strategies About The Negative Informal Groups In Vocational Schools

In Vocational Schools,the informal groups have been a common phenomenon existing widely.The existence of the informal groups has an effect on the teaching of the teachers,on the management of the headteachers,and more often on the management of the whole school.Many teachers feel pained when speaking of these groups,but in fact,not all of the informal groups are negative.The informal groups can be divided into three kinds: positive,negative and middle type.While this paper is mainly about the negative groups.This paper is mainly to learn about the reason and the mental movement of the students in informal groups by paper investigation and face-to-face talking.On the basis of this,build the right thoughts about these groups,then to find out the measures to guide them to do some good to the class.Firstly,we should develop the correct opinions,then treat them in different ways,pay more attention to the activities of the negative groups;Secondly,try to make out some proper methods,little by little,one after another,especially focus on the “key characters”,let them change into good;Thirdly,combine the school and the families,educate together;Finally,build up a group of excellent headteachers.Above all,let the informal groups serve for the class and the school,even for themselves.
