The Contast Research To The Situation Of Cultural Learning Between Tsinghua Diving Athletes And Professional Diving Athletes

China's educational status of athletes has been a problem to be solved and municipal professional diving athletes culture learning have been improving a lot in recent years.In order to find a way of comprehensive training,Tsinghua University diving team have practiced and explored for almost 10 years.The education of Diving Athletes,which has great significant,is one of the most prominent characteristics of Tsinghua University diving team.This study contains theoretical analysis and site visits combined with literature research,interviews,comparative analysis,mathematical statistical analysis,logic analysis and analysis of individual cases. By contrast of education of Tsinghua University diving team and the diving team of professional athletes all provinces and cities,this paper draws the main following conclusions:(1)The Tsinghua University diving team has a distinct advantage in the educational status of the training compared with the professional diving team provinces and municipalities.The traditional educational system for the professional diving athletes can not meet the comprehensive development of diving athletics' talent and Tsinghua University established a fairly good training system to ensure the continuity of knowledge learning of athletes.(2)Tsinghua diving athletes will be trained on education on the strategic height.The goal is to develop people with high-quality who are good at diving,with the education an important part in their training while the professional diving team's only goal is to support the professional training leaving the education in the second place.(3The status of the knowledge learning of diving athletes is a combination of factors working together.The Tsinghua University diving team has obvious advantages in the learning,teaching and other aspects,but there are also some shortages in coordination.(4)Tsinghua University student athletes' training school has an in-depth exploration in the development of a scientific and knowledge learning management system.The time for learning and the tutorial format have been made in specific arrangements,of which professional diving team is obvious lack.(5)Actually diving athletes' knowledge is still poor,and the quality of learning in low-grade is better than the higher grades.The students gradually lag behind in higher grades,with the performance slightly better in arts than in science.Hope to provide a frame of reference in the study of the improvement in the education of China's diving athletes.
