Research Objectives:The research is aimed at,by virtue of exploring the influence on college students' physical level and the subjective well-being level for 6 weeks,12 weeks of moderate exercise of basketball and fancy rope jumping exercises and order effects of project portfolio,groping for mediate effect of physical level between physical exercise and subjective well-being level,providing theoretical basis for innovation on physical teaching in higher education and offering references to university students' psychological health education.Research Methods:we adopted mixed experimental design which consists of 3 tests(pretest,middle test and posttest)and five groups(one control group and four experiment groups),freshmen in undergraduate degrees who come from five different natural classes were selected for the research.The specific groups are as follows:Experiment Group 1:basketballand fancy rope jumping exercises.Experiment Group 2:fancy rope jumping and basketball exercises.Experiment Group 3:basketball exercises.Experiment Group4 fancy rope jumping exercises.Control Group:basketball exercises once a week.Experiment Groups went for activities 3 times a week which included 30 minutes of moderate physical exercise intervention every time and lasted for 12 weeks.The control group experimented according to the syllabus.The statistics were recorded by General Well-being Schedule and Body-esteem Scale with three tests(pretest,middle test and posttest).pretest should be carried out before a week before the beginning of formal experiment.Middle test should be carried out in the 7th week of formal experiment with posttest after the week when the experiment is completed.Research Results:(1)College students' physical level and subjective well-being level get improved after six or twelve weeks of basketball and fancy rope jumping exercises,fancy rope jumping and basketball exercises,mere basketball exercises and mere fancy rope jumping exercises.(2)The effects of six or twelve weeks of basketball and fancy rope jumping exercises,fancy rope jumping and basketball exercises are better than mere basketball exercises and mere fancy rope jumping exercises(3)The longer the lasting time is,the better results can be obtained.Research Conclusions:(1)By exercising 30 minutes every time with three times a week for six weeks of basketball and fancy rope jumping exercises and fancy rope jumping and basketball exercises,college students' body-esteem get improved remarkably.(2)Exercises of different projects and different duration,which are to maintain the level of college students' subjective well-being,are under the influence of asymmetry between positive attitude and negative attitude.(3)There exists order effects on basketball and fancy rope jumping exercise and fancy rope jumping and basketball exercise.The effects of fancy rope jumping and basketball exercise are better than that of basketball and fancy rope jumping exercise.
