However, grass-roots sports organizations also faced a problem, especially in the areas of policy support is insufficient, some small grassroots sports organizations struggling to support long-term in the state, the most prominent is the lack of funding sources.In Beijing YUEYE Football Club, Beijing Urban Legends Basketball League, Beijing BANG Ultimate Frisbee Club funding sources for the study, from the perspective of grassroots sports organizations internal and external perspective, the use of literature, case studies, expert interviews, field methods, data analysis and other research methods, the use of management principles, the basic principles of economics, sociology attribution theory with particularity the EU model of grassroots sports funding sources and analytical Beijing Olympic Cross Country Sports football Club, Beijing city legendary basketball League, funding sources and expenditures Beijing " help " ultimate Frisbee club, and the successful experience of the problems, issues and causes. Provide a reference or a critical source of funding proposal for the model of grassroots sport.In this study, the following conclusions:First, the Beijing YUEYE Football Club is one of nearly two decades of development history of grassroots youth soccer club, is registered in the Trade and Industry Bureau of private enterprises. Currently, the financial situation of the organization as a slight surplus, and its main source of funds has a membership fee income, the Beijing-funded sports industry guidance, commercial sponsorship funds. Its capital spending in major venues and office space rent, staff salaries, purchase supplies. Beijing Olympic Cross Country Football Club insist cheap youth football training and keep survive in the market, but there are companies registered with the public nature of identity conflict, inadequate government support, lack of nurturing professional sports, coaches and management team level not high. The reason for the lack of policy guidance, professional sports clubs and grassroots sports clubs are not closely linked, human resources are scarce.Second, the Beijing Urban Legends Basketball League is intended to sail Saatchi Beijing Physical Culture Co., owned and operated commercial grassroots basketball league, has six years of development history. Currently, the financial situation of the organization’s income is less than expenses, its main source of funds from commercial sponsors Red Bull, and media resources for replacement, their own investment, its capital expenditure in the main venue rental, staff salaries, building sites, promotion and so on. Beijing Urban Legends Basketball League adopted "online Yuezhan " game system not only attracted to the development of Red Bull as its strategic partner, and dilute the cost of venue rental. Meanwhile, the organization is also facing a shortage of foreign capital sources, the lack of project development bottlenecks encountered problems. This paper argues that this is mainly because of the lack of government intervention and grassroots sports its own particularity.Third, Beijing BANG Ultimate Frisbee Club is a loose grassroots sports organizations, was not registered in the Trade and Industry Bureau, Civil Affairs or other units, has nearly six years of development history, and has remained in a state of self-sufficiency, financial balance of payments situation. The main sources of funding have membership fees and voluntary contributions, mainly spending on venue rental and entry fee. Because Ultimate Frisbee is not generally carried out in the country, the Government of the orientation of the sport and the club of their own development are not clear.Fourth, through case studies, from the perspective of external and internal grassroots sports organizations summarize some of the common problems in grassroots sports organizations of funding sources. External perspective:the legal nature of sports organizations is not clear, the lack of legal protection, the lack of government funding, the lack of tax incentives, lack of volunteers, volunteer service policy, the lack of association with professional sports nurturing. Internal Perspective:lack of access to the core business of financial capacity, lack of funding sources, the lack of talent. This paper puts forward recommendations accordingly, external policy and regulatory perspective:an accurate grasp of the relationship between demand and periodic mass sports policy legislation, the establishment of a different nature criterion grassroots sports organizations and regulatory systems, policies and regulations from abroad according to China’s national conditions selective, respect market rules, balancing " the weak " and " support the strong relationship. Internal perspective of grassroots sports organizations:an accurate grasp tissue localization, build the core team, to establish an effective mechanism for decision-making and communication ability and " strong " binding.Five from the internal perspective of grassroots sports organizations to attract investment proposals:a clear core business content, to establish contact with the authorities, optimize internal allocation of resources, the establishment of a variety of outreach programs.
