In the early 21C,a century of higher learning and information great changes have taken place in social demand for talents.A transitional " Structural Unemployment",emerges in the job hunting process of university undergraduates with numerous university job hunter and an even number of job vacancies.In recent years,the undergraduates majoring in physical culture education in institutions of higher education are faced with same problem.The difficulties in job hunting have increased and the employment itself has become pluralized.In spite of various factors Play a role in this kind of Phenomenon,as university of higher education in talents training,a training pattern of talent education becomes urgent in the new era.In view of the above,this research bases the angle of the interaction theory.Take university graduate's subjective cognition as the breakthrough point,then discusses the subjective cognitions of the university graduates and the influence of his employment preparations. This research investigates the subjective cognition and employment preparation of the university graduates from Grade 2007 to Grade 2009 in Changsha.Analysis the data with SPSS13.0 software,discovered that:the subjective cognitions of the university graduates to the social demand's have the remarkable influence to their employment opportunity;The subjective cognitions of the university graduates to the social demands have the remarkable influence to their employment quality,and the closer the subjective cognitions to the social demands,the bigger the employment opportunity is;The closer the subjective cognitions to the social demands,the higher the employment quality is;The preparation of the university students has the remarkable influence to their employment opportunity;The preparation of the university students has the remarkable influence to their employment quality.And the fuller the prepares to be. the bigger the employment opportunity is;the fuller the prepares to be, the higher the employment quality is.Then,puts forward the proposals following:First,strengthens the career guidance service of university. Second,correct the cognition deviations of the university graduates',suit them with the social demands.Third,promote the university student's skills of interview.Fourth,make a goal for the employment preparation...
