Action is the most important of the one of the basic capacity to human, but also an important and indispensable instrument for the individual to carry out practical activities. The students do a good job motor learning, for their full development is essential. This paper attempts through the stage of basic education students studying sports action study and hope to give primary and secondary PE teachers teaching science and sports action reference.The paper use the student of sprimary and secondary school as the research object , and summarize the current primary and secondary schools in the following four areas must keep up our efforts by use of literature,expert interviews,logical analysis,comparative study method and observe method .The first part of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in the selection of the contents of motor learning in the manifestation of the comprehensive development of the physical and psychological aspects of students have yet to be strengthened; all levels of the convergence of learning content is not very smooth; by the "sport to play down" to mislead the thinking, action selection is also There is a certain degree of deviation.
