In recent years, with the dramatic increase of enrollment in senior middle schools, it is getting obvious that students tend to be of significantly different levels. In order to carry out the principle of teaching according to the student's ability, enhance the teaching efficiency, enable students to get fully developed and realize education fairness, teachers are supposed to employ lamination teaching under the framework of the current classroom-based teaching organization form. Lamination teaching has proved to satisfy the needs of modern society for cross-levels talents.This thesis takes Qingyun Senior Middle School as the experimental school, located in Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. The research object is focused on classroom-based English lamination teaching of average middle schools. Varieties of research methods such as survey, comparison, observation and summarizing are used in this research to ensure its reliability and validity. This thesis is expected to provide source material for further study of lamination teaching with the help of the first-hand data, the valuable summary of the practice , principles and experience of this research carried out in this experimental school.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the current educational evaluation system, the possible improper educational behavior and limitations of teaching organization form, this thesis is aimed at removing the existing obstacles of lamination teaching and places emphasis on forming new teaching model, reforming classroom management, renewing teachers' conception and arranging teaching facilities as well . Guided by human-centered teaching concept, this thesis benefits us with effective strategies for lamination teaching. Strengthening teaching research and learning methods, winning support from schools, integrating information technology and lamination teaching are strategies to assure well-organized and high-efficiency lamination teaching. The research achievements will hopefully lend some theoretical reference to the new Curricular reforms being carried out in senior middle schools.
