A Research On The All-round Quality Structure Of "TRA" Pedagogy Talents

The cultivation mode of Pedagogy talents in China is based on Educational Department former mode of training teachers of secondary normal school. With the arrival of knowledge-economy and the development of the curriculum reform towards depth, the social need for the Pedagogy talents has been changed, so the target of cultivation has failed to adjust. Education is a career for future, therefore, the higher normal college should stand a higher platform. Basing on the social development and teacher education reform, in order to improve the competitiveness of Pedagogy talents, the Educational Department of higher normal college should relocate the training objective of Pedagogy talents and cultivate innovative professionals at all levels who engage in the field of education for the service of lifelong education system. This dissertation will be defined as "TRA" -a new type of Pedagogy talents, who will specialize in teaching, researching and administering.This essay is mainly adopted by means of document and system-analysis. According to the development of education and teacher education reform, in answering to the calls of the curriculum reform, this essay illuminates the need of times in cultivating "TRA" Pedagogy talents. And then, considering synthetically the need of the development of Pedagogy talents and Pedagogy, this paper discusses the all-round quality structure of "TRA" Pedagogy talents by analyzing the knowledge, capability and non-cognition factor structure, which is based on the theory of Philosophy, Pedagogy, Psychology and Management. This dissertation also puts forward a strategy for cultivation of all-round quality structure of "TRA" Pedagogy talents from aspects of education idea, curriculum, teaching method and education system.
