A Research On TTP Teaching Mode Of Cultivation Of The New Pedagogy Talents

The cultivation of the new Pedagogy talents is to meet the needs of the development of educational reform in China.The cultivation of Pedagogy talents has still followed the teaching mode as before.With the development of educational reform in China,especially with the rapid steps of teacher education reform and in answering to the calls of the innovative Pedagogy talents,the teaching mode in the past is hardly fit for the development of the times.For this reason,the teaching mode of the cultivation of Pedagogy talents must be innovated.This dissertation aims to reform the cultivation of teaching mode of Pedagogy talents from knowledge-oriented to capability-oriented,and analyze the teaching mode which adapts to the cultivation of the new Pedagogy talents.The main contents of this dissertation include as follows:Firstly,according to the situation of the teaching mode of cultivation of Pedagogy talents in China,this essay discusses the problems and causes of teaching mode existed,and then gives directions to construct TTP teaching mode of cultivation of the new Pedagogy talents.Secondly,considering the theory of TTP teaching mode,this essay discusses TTP teaching mode's essence,structure and function.Finally,basing on the procedure and strategy of constructing TTP teaching mode,this essay also puts forward the principles of constructing mode.This dissertation tries to discuss the problems and deficiencies from the teaching mode of cultivation of Pedagogy talents existed.Meanwhile, this essay illuminates the theory of constructing TTP teaching mode, from which gives some suggestions to guide the teaching practice of cultivating the new Pedagogy talents,and completes the constructing theory of teaching mode.
