| Curriculum structure is the core of the teaching program.Curriculum structure at a great extent determines the knowledge structure and the intelligence development of students.It also prescribes the standards and qualities of brains cultivation.Whether a curriculum structure is good and whether it can implement the intention of the curriculum target have a great impact on the accomplishment of the cultivation target.Therefore, curriculum structure is usually the key of the curriculum reform.With the fast speed of the pace of the teacher education reform and the rapid development of education,the problem of traditional pedagogy brains in cultivation pattern are gradually exposed such as single cultivate goal and the curriculum.At present,it is necessary urgently to cultivate pedagogy brains that are competitive,comprehensive and innovative in firm base,wide-caliber,and quality all-round.The curriculum structure of education is an intermediary to implement the goal of pedagogy brains cultivation.In this paper,there are some analyses about curriculum structure at both undergraduate and graduate levels with the cultivation plans of Institutes of Educational Science in some domestic representative normal universities.On the basis of analyses,I conclude the problem of curriculum structure in education and design a new one at three basements of curriculum theory,system theory,knowledge theory from increasing the proportion of elective curriculum subjects,diversification in curriculum types and the balance of subject proportion.New curriculum includes basic curriculum,core curriculum,developing curriculum vertically.The effective implementation of curriculum needs three kinds of safeguards in building outstanding teaching staff, reasonable management of curriculum and teaching and resources. |
