Postgraduate education plays an important role in cultivating high-level talents.The level of development of graduate education is related to the country's economic development and comprehensive strength.The cultivation of academic master's degree is the responsibility of providing excellent talents for doctoral training and scientific research.It is of great strategic and practical significance to optimize the cultivation mode of academic mastergraduates and improve the quality of postgraduates' education.In recent years,China's graduate education advocates a master's degree by first-level discipline,how to optimize and improve the existing level of master's training model,is the focus of this paper.Based on the theory of interdisciplinary education,using literature analysis,questionnaires and interviews,this paper summarizes the background,process and current situation of the master's degree training in our country,and takes the subject of the first-degree course of the education of GX University as an example to investigate the present situation of the training mode of the academic master's degree.On the basis of this,the author summarizes the problems existing in the cultivation mode of the first-level master of education.First,the training objectives are not clear,the interpretation is not clear.Second,the curriculum is unreasonable,teaching methods and curriculum assessment form is a single.Third,the opportunity to participate in academic exchanges and platform construction is not perfect,research methods training is ignored.Fourth,the mentor's collective guidance role is not very good play.Fifth,the educational practice system is not perfect,the practice platform is lacking.Sixth,the quality of thesis is not high,the system of review and reply is not perfect.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of reforming the training mode of the master's degree in pedagogy.In addition to the introduction of this study,the text is divided into five parts,the study reads as follows:The introduction includes the reason of the topic,the purpose and significance of the study,the present situation and the review,the research method and the process,the theoretical basis and the related concept definition,which lays the foundation for the full text research.The first part of the text analyzes the training mode of academic master's degree.Firstly,it summarizes and analyzes the research on the training mode of academic master's degree,and puts forward the general pattern of academic master's training and the value orientation of training mode construction from the training objectives,curriculum teaching,scientific research,mentor guidance,practical activities and degree thesis writing.The second part explores the background and process of cultivating academic master's degree according to the first-level discipline.The third part takes the first-degree course of college education in GX as an example,and explores the status quo of the master's degree training in the first-level subject of pedagogy.It provides the basis for the analysis of the existing problems in the cultivation of master's degree in pedagogy.The fourth part combines the literature analysis and the results of the interview,and abstracts the problems existing in the cultivation mode of the master's degree in pedagogy mainly from the training objectives,course teaching,scientific research,instructor's guidance,practical activities and degree thesis writing.In the fifth part,under the guidance of the theoretical basis,the author puts forward the perfect countermeasure for the existing problems of the master training mode of pedagogy.
